The company confirms that the 60 plus student properties they look after on behalf for landlords in Brighton area are very nearly fully booked, we have let 59 properties out of 60 said one of its staff member & we should have the last one let over the next few weeks.
Student tenant numbers are definitely on the up, Student numbers are expected to increase again for the 2025/26 academic year due to international student numbers & a growing UK 18-year-old population.
