FAQs

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

Well, the clue’s in our business name: Brighton Homes. 80% of the properties we rent out on behalf of landlords are in Brighton and Hove. The property sector in this City is thriving - yet competitive.

We also find homes to rent for would-be tenants as far east as Seaford, Lancing in a westerly direction and as far “upwards” as Burgess Hill.

ARE YOU ESTATE AGENTS TOO?

No, we took the decision to focus solely and completely on the rental sector. This conscious effort enables us to offer industry knowledge and a high level of customer service to landlords. Unlike other agencies that may do both, we prefer NOT to dilute our expertise.

WHAT SORT OF STAFF DO YOU HAVE AT BRIGHTON HOMES?

We have the best sort of staff, although of course we would say that!

In all seriousness, though, most of our staff are landlords themselves. They know the kinds of pressures that landlords can be under. They fully recognise the importance of preventing and minimising void periods, so you’ll experience a high degree of empathy from the Brighton Homes team.

Also – we tend not to employ lettings negotiators straight out of college or university. Why? Because when it comes to renting your property, we know that you’ll relate better to someone with more commercial experience, and a better understanding of, well, life in general.
